Very recently, a group of Puerto Ricans came to a conclusion. And it was that in spite of the fact that there are almost 4 million Puerto Ricans living on the archipelago and a very similar number in the continental United States, a web page where we could find weather information was lacking.

Admittedly, there are some excellent sites covering the weather in the Caribbean area. However, it is impossible for them to concentrate on Puerto Rico, specifically.

Given the facts that many boricuas are constantly traveling to the United States, leaving family, friends and property to the mercy of the trade winds, Puerto Ricans were unable to gather all the information that’s available, without jumping from one website to another.

Due to that need, we set out to design this site, leaving the snapping graphics and forecasts to others. About the only thing you will find is straightforward, official information, and making it available in a timely manner.

All of the expenses involved with this site, comes out of our pockets. We have no intention of making this an economically productive enterprise.

We only ask that if you feel we have met our purpose, you pass on the word to others. If you think we are missing something, please let us know.
